Remember you should always consult with your physician before beginning any diet plan.

Art of Fitness' Fave Food Hacks!!

1.

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk. High protein, no sugar and goes great with smoothies, tea or paired with other snacks.

2.

Rice Vinegar. Oh why didn't I know about this sooner?! Makes salad and veggies have a great kick with a negligible 15 kcal per serving. I also like to "dilute" less healthy salad dressing with this for all the taste with a fraction of the fat:)

3.

Plant protein powder! I like Arbonne vanilla or chocolate, but there are several brands out there. Makes a great meal replacement smoothie!.

4.

Vegetti. That's right this itme isn't even a food, it just makes food better! I like to make zuchinni pasta with it and add my favorite spagetti sauce. Check it out here!

5.

Cauliflower. Makes a great substitute for rice or mashed potatoes. Use a cheese grater for a grainy texture, or get it frozen and chop it up in the pan if you're short on time. See recipe ideas here!

6.

Organic Peanut Butter Powder. Has less than a third of the calories for serving of regular peanut butter and dissolves way better with smoothies. Add a banana and some almond milk and it makes a great after workout snack.

7.

Prepackaged coleslaw. I love Fresh Express Tricolor Coleslaw. You can throw it in a pan with olive oil, onions and parsley and have a great side to go with chicken, fish or brown rice.
